How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
What should I bring on a safari?
Comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, camera, and a light jacket for early morning/evening tours. We provide binoculars, water, and all necessary safety equipment.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Yes! Our tours are family-friendly with a minimum age of 8 years for regular tours. We offer special family packages and can adapt tours to suit children's interests and attention spans.
What happens if it rains?
Our tours operate in all weather conditions unless there are safety concerns. Rain can actually be great for wildlife viewing as animals are often more active. Our vehicles provide shelter and we have rain gear available.
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes, we provide complimentary pickup from most hotels in the Cairns area. For locations outside our standard pickup zone, we can arrange pickup for a small additional fee.
