3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our authorized channels (website, phone, or email)
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from us
• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for tours under AUD $500
• For tours over AUD $500, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due 14 days before the tour date
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners

3.3 Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Quoted prices include all stated services but exclude items specified as optional or extra
• Additional charges may apply for special dietary requirements, equipment rental, or premium services

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 7 days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 3-7 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before tour: No refund
• No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings
• In case of company cancellation, guests will receive a full refund or alternative tour option
• We are not liable for additional expenses incurred due to cancellations beyond our control

4.3 Weather and Force Majeure

• Tours operate in most weather conditions unless safety is compromised
• No refunds for weather-related modifications to tours that still proceed
• Cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) may result in credit vouchers rather than cash refunds

5. Tour Participation and Safety

5.1 Participant Requirements

• Minimum age for regular tours is 8 years unless otherwise specified
• Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions and dietary requirements
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides
• Alcohol or drug impairment may result in exclusion from tours without refund

5.2 Health and Fitness

• Tours involve walking on uneven terrain and outdoor conditions
• Guests should have a reasonable level of fitness appropriate to the chosen tour
• Pregnancy, mobility issues, or health conditions should be disclosed at booking
• We reserve the right to exclude participants if safety cannot be ensured

5.3 Wildlife Interaction

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals are wild and unpredictable
• Guests must maintain safe distances from all wildlife
• Feeding or touching wild animals is strictly prohibited
• Flash photography may be restricted to protect animal welfare

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company's liability is limited to the value of the tour booking
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Participation in tours is at the guest's own risk
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property

6.2 Insurance Requirements

• All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance
• Insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability
• The Company maintains public liability insurance but guests should not rely solely on this coverage

6.3 Waiver and Release

By participating in our tours, guests acknowledge and agree that:

• They participate voluntarily and at their own risk
• They release the Company from claims arising from normal tour activities
• They are responsible for their own actions and safety

7. Photography and Media

• The Company may photograph or film tours for promotional purposes
• Guests consent to use of their likeness in marketing materials unless they opt out
• Professional photography services may be available for an additional fee
• Guests retain rights to their own photographs taken during tours
